CYO Cross Country
Holy Spirit CYO Cross Country is a fall sport, and is open to boys and girls in grades 3-8, registered in one of the following: Holy Spirit School, Religious Education, or Homeschool.
Season Schedule for August 2026 – November 2026:
Practices – held on the lawn between the church and school building.
Wednesdays 4:30pm – 5:15pm beginning August 26, 2026
Saturdays 9:30am – 10:15am beginning August 29, 2026
Meets – There are two Developmental Meets and one Championship Meet. Runners are required to participate in a minimum of one meet during the season.
Dev. Meet 1: Sat Sept 19 at Paul VI High School
Dev. Meet 2: Sat Oct 17 at Lake Fairfax Park
Champ. Meet 3: Sat Nov 7at Fort Hunt Park
Online Registration & Forms:
Along with the Online Registration through SportsPilot, the following must be reviewed and completed:
- NVJCYO: League Expectations video produced by the Diocese of Arlington – must be watched by parents / guardians and participant
- Forms – via Docusign, all participants complete a Permission and Medical Form, Code of Conduct, and Concussion Awareness. After registering though SportsPilot, a Docusign link will be emailed.
- The participation fee is $65. Discounts and scholarships are available on an as needed basis. Please email [email protected] with information about your specific needs request.
