Laser Tag Sign Up and Payment

All youth must be registered with the Middle School Youth Program for the year 2021-22. If you have not done so for this year, “Click here to register for MSYM” – then you may register for the Laser Tag night.

(If you are a youth from St Anthony of Padua parish, you DO NOT need to complete this form. Contact Fr James if you wish to attend.)

YOUTH ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS (no gators) WHILE INDOORS.. Each meeting will have indoor time where masks are required. No mask, no admission.
