Why Join the Bereavement Ministry?
For many years, the St. Joseph Bereavement Ministry members pray for the deceased and support their loved ones by attending funerals and visitations in our parish. For those unable to attend daytime funerals, our members pray from home for the deceased of our parish.

How Does Scheduling Work?
Members of the Bereavement Ministry are notified about funerals and wakes by the coordinator. Members reply to the coordinator regarding their availability to attend the funerals, and they sit as a group at the funerals.
