Holy Spirit CYO Cross Country is a fall sport, and is open to boys and girls in grades 3-8, registered in one of the following: Holy Spirit School, Religious Education, or Homeschool.
Season Schedule:
Practices are held on the lawn in front of the school. Saturdays 9:30am – 10:30am beginning August 23, 2025. and Wednesdays 4:30pm – 5:15pm beginning August 27, 2025.
There are two Developmental Meets and one Championship Meet, all at 8:30am. Runners are required to participate in a minimum of one meet during the season.
Dev. Meet 1: Sat Sept 27, Laurel Hill Park
Dev. Meet 2: Sat Oct 18, Lake Fairfax Park
Champ. Meet 3: Sat Nov 8, Fort Hunt Park
Online Registration & Forms:
Along with the Online Registration through SportsPilot, the following must be reviewed and completed:
- NVJCYO: League Expectations video produced by the Diocese of Arlington – must be watched by parents / guardians and participant
- Code of Conduct for all Participants – to be returned to your coach on the first day of practice
- Permission and Medical Form – to be returned to your coach on the first day of practice
- Concussion Information Sheet – to be returned to your coach on the first day of practice
The participation fee is $50. Discounts and scholarships are available on an as needed basis. Please email [email protected] with information about your specific needs request.
