Our Upcoming Studies
Summer 2026 Bible Study
Do you feel like you are missing the “big picture” of the Bible? That is, you find it confusing to keep track
of 73 different books and how they fit together? That’s why Jeff Cavins created Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible. Join us on Thursday evenings, June 11-August 6, 7-8:30 pm, in McGivney Hall for this eight-
week study.
Fall 2026 Bible Study
With St. Paul Center’s Genesis to Jesus program, we’ll study the covenants that God made with humanity, beginning with Adam and leading all the way to Jesus Christ. This twelve-session study of salvation history will meet both on Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings, September-November, in McGivney Hall.
Winter 2026 Bible Study
How much do you know about the Old Testament prophets? This study of The Prophets will help you get to know the prophets and understand how they called God’s people back to Him. There will be a Wednesday morning group and a Thursday evening group for this ten-week study, with meetings held December-February in McGivney Hall.
Spring 2027 Bible Study
What is salvation? What do Catholics believe about concepts such as faith, justification, and works of the law? Saint Paul’s controversial and important Letter to the Romans is one of his greatest writings. This eight-week study of Romans will meet on both Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings, April-May, in McGivney Hall.

About Us
The women of the Holy Spirit Parish Women’s Bible Study invite YOU to join us as we draw closer to God through Scripture, service of others, and spending time together.
Starting in 2018, our group used – and loved – the Walking with Purpose program for Catholic women. Having completed most of their studies, we decided in 2024 to explore the Bible through materials offered by Ascension Press and became the Women’s Bible Study.
From 2018 to the present, more than 200 women have joined us as we grow in our faith together.

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. – Jeremiah 29:11
