Father Carroll Oubre

Father Carroll Oubre was born in Houston, Texas.  His father retired from Shell Oil and is now a professor at Rice University in Houston. His mother is a retired registered nurse.  He has one sister who attended Christendom College and now lives in Gainesville with her husband and five children. Father Carroll received his bachelor’s degree in theology at Christendom College in Front Royal and continued his studies at St. Mary’s College after being accepted into the diocese. He has earned a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Arts in Moral Theology. Father Carroll has been a priest for the diocese for the past 22 years and has served at parishes in Great Falls, Alexandria, Chantilly and Arlington.
